Arabic done properly
Industry terms taken from real client documents — الصك, رفع مساحي, خطاب الجدية, محضر ترسية, السعر الافتتاحي — with full RTL layout. Translation is a release gate: a screen doesn't ship until the Arabic is right.
Solutions · Real Estate Kit
Auctions, valuation, brokerage and leasing — packaged, bilingual, built for the GCC. Native Odoo Enterprise (v19/18/17), delivered configured — not built from scratch.
The product
Same property, same customer, same ledger across all four — a unit that's auctioned, valued, then leased stays one record the whole way.
01 · The standout
A purpose-built auction workflow for real-estate auctions and Infath-style asset-disposal mandates — the part of the business generic real-estate software leaves you to run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. The file moves through defined stages from the moment a mandate arrives to the moment it is archived, and the governance is in the system rather than in someone's head.
02
One catalogue of every asset — owner, agent, status, documents, media and pricing on a single record. Price per square metre is calculated for you, and the property card you send out is generated from that record, tailored to whoever is receiving it.
03
A standalone, gated workflow for licensed valuation firms. The report is driven by the terminology regulated work is written in, and the commercial side is governed — a junior cannot quietly discount a fee to win a job, or overcharge to inflate one.
04
Leases that chase their own money and units that cannot be double-sold. The payment plan on a lease raises its own reminders, so a due instalment surfaces instead of sitting buried in a schedule nobody opens.
Why it holds up
Each one is a decision made in the product — not a promise made in a meeting.

The rules are server-side, so they apply whether the user is in the web client, on mobile, or coming through the API. A property can't reach pricing without an approved valuation. Award minutes can't issue without both signatures. That is a constraint, not advice.
Offers are real Odoo quotations; collections are real Odoo invoices. So VAT, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, CRM, accounting and reporting are the genuine article — and your accountant works in standard Odoo, not in a real-estate app pretending to be a ledger.
Entity isolation is enforced at the database level through record rules, so one entity's pipeline is invisible to another's. Numbering sequences run per entity, so file codes and references never collide across the holding.
Who it's for
The clearest fit. A full mandate-to-award pipeline with governance gates and structured file numbering, which nothing else in the Odoo world covers.
A gated valuation workflow with regulated terminology and enforced fee bands, tied to the CRM pipeline that produced the job.
Several entities on one platform with database-level isolation, per-entity numbering, and consolidated reporting for the holding.
Properties, CRM, leasing, commissions and collections connected — one asset record from listing to signed lease to collected rent.
Maturity
Real Estate Kit was built with, and is proven on, a six-company Saudi real estate holding — six entities on one Odoo platform, each keeping its own books, with the auction, valuation and leasing workflows running the way that business actually runs them. The terminology, the governance gates and the document models all came out of that work rather than out of a requirements workshop.
It is a current, actively-deployed product: configured to your entities, users and approval rules, then extended where your operation genuinely differs. The Odoo licence and hosting are paid directly to Odoo; we deliver, configure and support the product on top.
Roadmap: Ejar (إيجار) integration — direct lease sync with the national rental platform — is in development, shipping soon.
FAQ
Yes. Four connected Odoo applications — modules, in Odoo terms — installed on your own Odoo: Property & Portfolio, Auctions, Valuation, and Property Management & Leasing. They run on Odoo Enterprise, versions 19, 18 and 17.
It is a configured product. Four applications — Property & Portfolio, Auctions, Valuation, and Property Management & Leasing — are pre-built and configured to your entities, users and approval rules. You are not paying for a blank build.
Native Odoo Enterprise, on versions 19, 18 and 17. Because it is built on standard Odoo models, quotations, invoices, VAT, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, CRM and accounting are the genuine Odoo features, not a parallel bolt-on.
Yes. The Auctions application runs a ten-stage pipeline from mandate to archive, with auction file codes generated automatically per client, per year and per entity, an award minutes document (محضر ترسية) modelled on the real document with dual signature and one-click buyer invoicing, and a live file-completion score on every file.
Yes. Entity separation is enforced at the database level through Odoo record rules, so a brokerage arm cannot see the valuation arm's book. Numbering sequences run per entity as well.
Not yet. Ejar (إيجار) integration — direct lease sync with the national rental platform — is in development. Everything else described on this page is in the current product.
