Is there a real-estate module for Odoo?
Odoo does not ship a real-estate module in core. Real Estate Kit fills that gap: four connected Odoo applications — Property & Portfolio, Auctions, Valuation, and Property Management & Leasing — installed on native Odoo Enterprise, v19/18/17.
How is this different from a generic ERP with a property module?
A generic ERP stores a property; it does not model a deed, a seriousness letter or an auction file. Real Estate Kit does — with a ten-stage auction pipeline, a gated valuation workflow, and governance rules enforced server-side rather than left to team discipline.
Do you handle real-estate auctions?
Yes. Auctions are the standout capability: a full pipeline from mandate to award minutes and archive, with structured auction file numbering per client, per year and per entity, dual-signature award minutes (محضر ترسية), and one-click buyer invoicing.
Is the Arabic real, or machine translation?
The terminology is taken from real client documents — الصك, رفع مساحي, خطاب الجدية, محضر ترسية, السعر الافتتاحي — with full RTL layout. Odoo core, by contrast, renders "Properties" as الخصائص, the software-attributes sense rather than real estate.
Can several entities run on one platform without seeing each other's deals?
Yes. Entity separation is enforced at the database level through Odoo record rules, so a brokerage arm cannot see the valuation arm's book, and numbering sequences run per entity.
Is there an Ejar integration?
Ejar (إيجار) integration — direct lease sync with the national rental platform — is in development. It is not live today.
