At Sanarise (Sana Global Intelligent Systems), we are committed to delivering high-quality ERP implementations, system customizations, and ongoing technical support. Because our products and services are digital and labor-intensive, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for all our Business-to-Business (B2B) clients.
By purchasing our services or software licenses, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Software Licenses (Odoo Enterprise & Third-Party Apps)
Software licenses, including Odoo Enterprise subscriptions and third-party modules purchased through Sanarise (from Odoo), are considered digital goods. Once a license key is issued, registered, or activated under the client’s name, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.
2. Implementation and Development Services
Fees for Odoo implementation, data migration, and custom development are billed based on agreed-upon project milestones or logged engineering hours.
- Payments made for completed work, consumed hours, or approved milestones are non-refundable.
- If a client decides to cancel a project before completion, they will only be billed for the hours and resources consumed up to the date of cancellation. Any prepaid balance exceeding the consumed work will be refunded.
3. Annual Support and Maintenance Contracts (SLAs)
Annual or monthly technical support packages are billed in advance to reserve our engineering resources for your infrastructure.
- Support fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.
- Clients may cancel their support subscription for the upcoming term by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the contract renewal date.
4. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a duplicate charge on your credit card due to a technical glitch, please contact our billing department immediately.
- Validated billing errors will be fully refunded.
- All approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., the original Visa or Mastercard used) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuer’s processing time.
